Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for Vouchype digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital products.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Because Vouchype sells digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital products, return eligibility depends on whether the product has been delivered, activated, redeemed, downloaded, installed, scanned, or otherwise used.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your digital product must be unused, unredeemed, and not delivered in a way that prevents cancellation. We may require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund request.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For Vouchype, the following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital vouchers
  • Downloadable software products
  • Activated or redeemed digital codes
  • Products delivered instantly by email or digital account

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand provider.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, where applicable:

  • Any item that has already been delivered but not yet redeemed, subject to verification.
  • Any item not in its original digital condition for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any refund request submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Any product where the supplier, brand, or issuer applies specific refund restrictions.

Refunds

For digital gift cards, vouchers, and other digital products, once a refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note that activated, downloaded, installed, scanned, redeemed, or partially/fully used digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital products are generally not eligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, discounted digital products, promotional codes, and special offer items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, invalid, or not delivered correctly due to an error on our side.

If you need to request an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@vouchype.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, refund or replacement eligibility will depend on whether the digital code has been delivered, redeemed, or used.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver purchased the order for later delivery, we may send the refund to the original purchaser where applicable.

Shipping Returns

Vouchype primarily sells digital products. Therefore, physical shipping returns generally do not apply.

If a physical return is ever required for a specific product, we will provide the relevant return instructions by email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise required by law or caused by our error.
