This Delivery Policy explains how digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital products purchased from Vouchype are delivered to customers.
All products sold by Vouchype are delivered digitally. No physical shipment, printed voucher, or postal delivery is provided unless explicitly stated on the product page.
1. Delivery Method
After successful payment, your digital gift card, voucher code, activation details, redemption instructions, or digital product information will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout and/or made available within your customer account.
2. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes after successful payment confirmation.
In rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification procedures, fraud prevention checks, technical maintenance, supplier processing times, or system availability.
3. Delivery Fees
There are no shipping costs, handling fees, or physical delivery charges. All products are delivered digitally.
4. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure the following before completing your purchase:
- Your email address is entered correctly during checkout.
- You check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders if you do not receive your order.
- You verify that the selected product is suitable for your intended region, platform, service, or account.
- You review all product details before completing your purchase.
5. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and provide:

- The email address used during checkout
- Any relevant payment confirmation details

6. Digital Product Notice
Once a digital gift card code, voucher code, activation key, redemption information, subscription code, or other digital product has been delivered, the product is considered successfully delivered.
Delivered digital products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.
7. Delivery Availability
Delivery services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
