A simple guide to help you purchase, receive, and redeem digital gift cards and vouchers on Vouchype.
1. Create or Access Your Account
You can browse products without an account. For order tracking and digital delivery access, we recommend creating an account or logging in before checkout.
2. Choose a Product
Select the digital gift card, voucher, prepaid code, gaming credit, or digital product you want to purchase.
- Check the product region.
- Review the supported platform or brand.
- Read the redemption instructions.
- Confirm the selected value before purchase.
3. Add to Cart
After selecting the correct product and value, click “Add to Cart”. Review your cart carefully before proceeding to checkout.
4. Complete Checkout
Enter your billing details, confirm your email address, and complete payment using the available payment methods.
Please make sure your email address is correct. Digital codes are delivered electronically and cannot always be redirected after purchase.
5. Receive Your Digital Code
After successful payment, your gift card code, voucher code, activation key, or redemption details will be delivered by email and/or made available in your customer account.
Most orders are delivered instantly or within 15 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification or provider processing.
6. Redeem Your Product
Follow the instructions provided with your order. Redemption steps may vary depending on the brand, platform, region, or product type.
- Go to the official website or app of the product issuer.
- Log in to your account.
- Enter the code in the relevant redeem or top-up section.
- Confirm redemption and check your balance or subscription.
7. Important Notes
- Digital products are usually region-specific.
- Used, redeemed, activated, or delivered codes are generally non-refundable.
- Vouchype is not responsible for incorrect product selection by the customer.
- Always check product details before completing your order.
8. Order Issues
If you do not receive your order or have trouble redeeming your code, contact our support team with your order number and checkout email address.
